Your areas of responsibility:
- Conduct research and development activities on lubricants (lubes and greases), including specialty products.
- Develop new products and optimize existing products.
- Provide technical and quality control support within the organisation and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, update, and implement R&D related procedures.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
- Degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Lubrication Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in R&D, QC and Laboratories.
- 5 years' working experience in oil lubricants manufacturing environment desirable.
- Expertise in tribology.
