Our company urgently requires the services of persons qualified to do assessments and damage reports of fire or flood damaged buildings in all the major cities in South Africa. Building assessors who are currently employed at another company and who want to complement their income are also welcome to apply. Successful applicants shall be renumerated per assessment and report done. This will be discussed in detail during the interview.
The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in evaluating the scope of the damage of properties affected by fire or water. Comprehensive reports with accurate measurements and photographs are essential, as is the ability to provide clear recommendations for restoration or remediation. Strong communication skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. Persons interested are invited to submit their experience and credentials and a short portfolio of previous damage assessment work for consideration.
