We are recruiting for an exciting experienced Cook to join our Southern Suburbs team for a units in the Retreat Area. If you have a passion for cooking and want to be part of a great organization, this role is for you.
Job Requirements:
-Matric ;
· Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality is advantageous.
· Minimum - Professional Culinary certificate
· 2+ years Chef/Cook experience within a medium to large corporate company/healthcare facility kitchen/hotel etc, is essential;
· Ability to work flexible hours
· Neat and presentable;
· Good communication skills
Personal Attributes:
· High level of personal cleanliness;
· Sober habits;
· Able to manage time and work under pressure;
· Able to remain calm and in control in difficult situations;
· Able to adapt to changing role responsibilities when required;
· Flexible in terms of working hours between 6am-6pm Monday-Sunday (shifts & weekends)
· Ideally live in the area for easy travelling
