Zorora Sofas, a dynamic Cape Town-based furniture manufacturer & retailer, is hiring a Junior Finance Administrator to support our growing Finance team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Debtors:
Reconciling invoices and daily credit memos (CMR)
Sending statements and following up with trade clients
Processing refunds/returns
Monthly store turnover declarations
Matching payments to invoices
Creditors:
Managing credit applications
Daily GRN and invoice processing for PO‑based suppliers
This will also include ad-hoc finance requests from the Line Manager
You’ll Be A Fit If You:
- Have strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Work with integrity, respond promptly, and communicate clearly
- Want to grow in a hands-on finance environment
- A matriculation exemption (or equivalent) is a minimum requirement.
- A degree/diploma in finance or accounting would be preferred, but is not a requirement to apply.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- 1 - 2 years of Experience in a financial or administrative role is preferred
