Junior Marketing Solutionist
Our firm is seeking a self-motivated and experienced Junior Marketing Solutionist (Junior Marketing Coordinator) to join our team on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and contribute to business growth. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a strong interest in digital marketing, data-driven strategies, and collaborative campaign delivery.
This opportunity is ideal for a passionate marketing professional who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Team and report directly to the Chief Solutionist and Business Development Solutionist, gaining valuable exposure to strategic projects and contributing to the firm’s continued success.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (essential).
- Experience using AI in marketing campaigns.
- Graphic design skills are advantageous.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and marketing.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools to optimise marketing strategies.
- Utilise LinkedIn and other social media platforms for brand promotion and lead generation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create leverage marketing and sales activities.
- Monitor, track, and report on key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and inform continuous improvement.
