CORE DESCRIPTION
Responsible for all administrative related functions and to provide support to Sales Logistics – and Depot Management.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all administrative related functions
- Invoicing
- Provide assistance to the sales admin staff
- Assist with tracking and monitoring of COD payments
- Assist with sales related queries and opportunities advertised and promoted on social media
- Assist customers with queries, provide support and resolve issues related to sales and orders
- Assist with the management of COA queries
- Perform administrative tasks relating to stock taking and stock control
- Compiling reports
- Maintain and update sales records, customer information and order details
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Qualification in administration, sales or marketing would be an advantage
- Min 2-3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of SYSPRO and SAGE will be an added advantage
- Medically fit
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Customer service orientated
- Team player
