The Role: LinkedIn Marketing & Social Media Performance Manager (SaaS)
We’re hiring a LinkedIn-obsessed, performance-driven marketer to own our demand generation strategy on LinkedIn. This is a tactical execution role with high visibility — you’ll manage ad spend, target specific buyers, interpret performance data, and iterate campaigns based on real metrics.
If you’ve run LinkedIn Ads at scale, adjusted campaigns based on CTR/CPL data, and can speak fluently about report interpretation and pivot strategy — we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage LinkedIn Ads campaigns: allocate budget, optimize spend, and maximize lead quality
- Target specific industries, companies, and job titles using custom audiences
- Read and interpret LinkedIn Campaign Manager reports (CTR, impressions, CPL, engagement, etc.)
- Make proactive campaign adjustments based on performance metrics
- Post content on LinkedIn and measure what resonates — pivot topics and formats accordingly
- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to extract content ideas and case studies
- Build campaigns that attract, convert, and retarget based on funnel stage
- Continuously test and optimize like a chemist in a lab — adjusting formulae weekly based on measurable insights
Requirements
- Have 3–5+ years managing LinkedIn Ads for a B2B SaaS company
- Can walk through real decisions you’ve made based on LinkedIn report metrics
- Are fluent in interpreting performance data and pivoting strategy accordingly
- Have hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.
- Communicate clearly, own your results, and don’t stall or fluff
- Thrive in remote teams with high autonomy and accountability
Bonus Points if you:
- Have experience in PropTech or the apartment data space
- Know how to repurpose LinkedIn content into performance assets
- Have built retargeting flows and A/B tested creatives on LinkedIn
