We're Hiring: Marketing Coordinator

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our e-commerce and marketplace growth. Reporting to the E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a key role in optimizing our product catalogue, coordinating with suppliers and platform partners, and driving product visibility and sales performance across platforms such as Takealot and Amazon.
This is a critical support role at the heart of our Sales & Marketing team, ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and contributing to commercial success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) across online platforms
- Ensure all listings meet platform compliance standards and SLA metrics
- Coordinate with suppliers to gather product assets and specifications
- Ensure visuals and content reflect our premium brand identity
- Monitor SKU performance and suggest promotional or optimization actions
- Conduct competitor pricing and keyword research
- Flag underperforming products and support improvement strategies
- Maintain catalogue documentation and update trackers
- Generate weekly performance and catalogue update reports
- Support the commercial team with product onboarding and new account setup
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, digital merchandising, or e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Takealot, Amazon, or Shopify
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis skills
- Excellent written communication and content review abilities
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused
