We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role is geared towards campaign management and marketing operations with a strong focus on above-the-line advertising.

- Our ideal candidate is excited to get involved in various aspects of the marketing operations and does not mind doing work ‘outside the job description.’
- A Marketing degree or background is preferable, but not required.
- 1-5 years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role or similar.
Key responsibilities:
(1) Billboards:
- Site sourcing, rate negotiation, and invoice processing.
- Production process coordination (artwork, sampling, approvals, quality control, etc).
- Liaise with creative team and media owners to ensure timely delivery and installation.
- Billboard database management.
- Billboard renewals or replacements.
- Conduct regular site checks or coordinate with service providers to ensure billboards are well-maintained (e.g., clean, properly lit, and free from damage).
- Documentation of findings and escalations of issues for prompt resolution.
(2) Influencer campaigns:
- Help develop creative concepts for influencer campaigns.
- Assist with influencer campaign planning and execution (coordinate with influencers before, during, and after a campaign, including compiling briefs, contracting, making sure the correct content is live, and answering queries).
- Produce influencer campaign insights & stats.
- Invoice processing.
(3) Production (sponsorships, activations, events & merchandise):
- Coordinate between internal teams and external suppliers from concept to finished product, across a wide range of marketing initiatives
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for production needs.
- Manage the production of physical and digital assets for activations and events (Signage, staging, collateral, giveaways, branded installations, etc).
- Ensure quality control by arranging prototypes, samples, or test runs where necessary before full-scale production.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery, installation, and post-event asset management.
(4) Contribution to creative campaigns:
- Actively participate in brainstorms and planning sessions with the Marketing team to help develop innovative campaigns.
- Contribute fresh ideas for activations, sponsorships, PR stunts, and social content.
- Assist in writing campaign briefs and reviewing creative work to ensure alignment with objectives and legal requirements.
- Support campaign execution (coordinating timelines, resources, deliverables, stakeholder communication, etc).
- Stay informed on marketing and cultural trends, sharing inspiration that could spark future campaign ideas.
(5) Managing the Marketing Inbox:
- Monitor and manage the Marketing Inbox, ensuring timely responses and appropriate allocation of requests to team members.
- Track and escalate urgent queries where necessary.
