We’re a UK-based B2B marketing agency looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategy, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality delivery across campaigns. You'll be the face of the agency on client calls, guide internal team members, and take ownership of marketing execution.
This is a full-time, senior role within the delivery team – ideal for someone who thrives on client interaction, knows how to run campaigns that get results, and holds the team to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead all client calls, providing strategic guidance and campaign updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across multiple accounts
- Create and co-develop marketing strategies across channels (email, LinkedIn, content, paid)
- Review, provide feedback on, and sign off all key deliverables before they go to the client
- Brief and guide team members (copywriters, project managers) to align work with client goals
- Join sales calls as a strategic voice to help secure new clients
- Monitor performance, flag risks, and proactively suggest improvements
- Ensure clients receive work that is on-brand, on-message, and on time
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in a B2B marketing or digital agency role
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and content execution
- Confident leading video calls with business owners and decision-makers
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communicator – clear, concise, and professional in both writing and speaking
- Comfortable working UK hours (9am–5pm), Monday to Friday
