- Ensure relevant daily warehouse KPI’s are exceeded
- Comply to specifications of order type by customer within time and quality standards
- Ensure warehouse procedures are carried out safely within the framework of compliance to SOP's.
- Ensure duties are carried out to ensure achievement of warehouse performance standards. (i.e. Maintain parts stock, reduce stock loses/damages)
- Ensure accuracy of stock counts, picking, binning
- Effective investigation and resolution of all stock discrepancies and implement control measures.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Grade 12
- Drivers Licence
- Customer service orientation
- Basic knowledge of Parts
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Be able to work independently
- Process compliance orientation, Teamwork ,Attention to detail ,Numeric accuracy
- Computer literacy
- Relevant Troubleshooting capability
- Ability to be trained as Forklift Operator
