The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
Based onsite at Fiveways, we are looking to appoint a PNP Administrative Coordinator (PNPAC) who is responsible for managing and administration of Private Nurse Practitioner (PNP) supplier claims, administration of Agreements, onboarding new PNPs and providing administrative support to the B&T Coordinator and local Sales Team as appropriate.
This is a customer-facing position, interacting directly with HCPs, Sales Teams and partnering with internal Solventum clients and cross-functional team members to drive results. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of business processes, knowledge of products, private health care funders & reimbursement, and legislation & business rules affecting the Professional nurse and advanced wound care fraternity to apply knowledge & skill in communicating with approximately 300 wound care partners around the country. The main objective of this role is to maintain cost savings for the company & maintain relationships with the Private nurse contractors in an efficient and compliant manner. It is key that this position is able to communicate and liaise effectively across all Solventum Departments and is solution driven to accomplish results timeously and effectively, ultimately to support the local Sales Teams to maintain relationships with this Growing Network of private nurse practitioners to ensure best outcomes for patients on NPWT while maintaining an ethical and compliant perspective.
This position works independently and is able to meet targets and objectives set by Solventum management.
Additionally, the position works with senior co-workers, supervisors and/or management for guidance on difficult or unusual situations.
Job Role and Responsibilities
- Process bi-monthly PNP claims on Tracer system, coordinating with GSC AP functions & Management team to meet bi-monthly deadlines
- Investigation and forensic auditing of claims to maintain compliance
- •Anaylsis of data, providing reports that are useful to the local sales team on usage & establishing regular feedback reports
- Monitoring of the PNP shared mailbox, responding to queries and managing emails with requests and information
- Onboarding new Practitioners by vetting documentation and liaising with the local sales team & completing all documents for GSC teams
- Preparing Agreements and processing all documentation for PNP to become active for the company
- Develop and maintain SOPs, Job Aids and Work instructions as appropriate
- Bulk mailing to HCPs on important Solventum messaging and Marketing material as appropriate, coordinating with the Marketing team.
- Consolidate and maintain Prevena Agreements, working with RDSL & RSMs to update and establish process surrounding updates
- Provide support to B&T Coordinator for new Tenders & documentation handling
- Maintaining Sharepoint folders and updating company documents for B&T team with Quality & Regulatory Affairs.
May develop into superuser and provide training to new employees and PNPs. May develop and lead improvement projects within the team. Participates on department process & improvement teams.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Strong customer facing skills, Maintains a professional, positive, and tactful demeanor with clients and customers.
- Bachelor degrees or higher from preferable business, economics but other degrees are accepted
- Ability to build customer knowledge End-to-End with all open issues within the administrative role and proactively interact with all HCPs, practice managers & internal Sales Teams to effectively manage PNP processes.
- Minimum two years of customer service & finance experience.
- Knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and Solventum structure, organization and business.
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational and short-term planning skills.
- Develops and broadens negotiating and influencing skills.
- Demonstrates the following competencies: ability to meet deadlines, adaptability, initiative, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement mindset
- Handles a variety of inquiries and develops solutions for moderately complex issues.

- Problem solving requires the use of judgment, investigation, analytical & communication skills to determine possible solutions and make appropriate choices.
- Experience with Solventum tools and systems – Oracle & Tracer as well as internal GSC processes
- Exceptional writing skills.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in financial AP and forensic auditing, claims documents, and Private healthcare funding & advanced wound care protocols
- Disciplined, organized and resilient with a focus on meeting deadlines and superior attention to detail.
- Capable to maintain data accuracy and maintain and update company systems, group lists and any other tools needed to carry out prescribed tasks efficiently
- English language capabilities and additional language a plus
