  • Grade 12/matric
  • Relevant degree/diploma
  • Three years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the financial services (advantage)
  • Ensure that service incident and service request tickets are created and assigned to the relevant support teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Deadline driven
