Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Service Provider Network Growth Manager to drive the expansion and engagement of our provider network across both Workability and RHP. This role is pivotal in fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, growing our multidisciplinary team, and ensuring that our network is aligned with our mission to improve patient outcomes and accessibility to care.
Salary: Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and strengthen the network of healthcare providers across both Workability and RHP.
- Identify, engage, and onboard new service providers, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing network members to enhance retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align network expansion with business objectives and patient needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- Represent Workability and RHP in professional forums, industry events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Develop and manage reporting metrics to track network growth, provider engagement, and performance.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth integration of providers into our platforms and workflows.
- Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and industry shifts to inform strategy and execution.
Qualifications and Key Skills/Attributes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare, Business, or related discipline).
- A clinical background (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field) is advantageous but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider network management, business development, or healthcare partnerships.
- Proven experience in managing a team or department, including setting goals, performance management, and team development.
- Strong understanding of South Africa’s healthcare landscape and referral pathways.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams effectively.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and measure the impact of network growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, with strong Excel skills.
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates initiative, persistence, and strategic thinking.
- Confident and professional communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
