Shift Supervisor – Fleet Controllers/Reviewers

Our client is seeking to appoint a Shift Supervisor to lead and inspire a team of 30 fleet controllers during shift operations. The team focuses on using leading technology to proactively identify potential driver behaviour risks.You will be at the heart of ensuring smooth, efficient operations, real time response, and proactive risk mitigation.

With more than 20 years of experience and over 700 customers across Africa, the Middle East, and Australasia, our client combines video event recorders, telematics, and predictive analytics to transform risky driving habits and safeguard both drivers and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate a team of fleet controllers /reviewers to meet operational targets.
- Monitor fleet performance via BI dashboards and telematics tools.
- Make rapid, data‑informed decisions in response to critical incidents or emerging risks.
- Communicate clearly and motivate your team to maintain high performance and morale.
- Uphold Client’s standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency across all shifts.
- Ensure full attendance and undertake HR processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Tech‑savvy with strong familiarity or ability to quickly adapt to fleet management systems and analytics platforms.
- Highly astute with excellent situational awareness and problem‑solving under pressure.
- Target‑driven mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Inspirational communicator who can motivate teams during dynamic operational contexts.
- Tertiary education and proven supervisory experience in logistics, fleet management, operations—preferably in shift‑based environments.
