We are a dynamic team of rebels and explorers on the lookout for a proactive Studio Administrator to manage advert scheduling, studio and music administration, and build strong client relationships while identifying new opportunities.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As our Studio Coordinator, you will be the first contact with new business development clients ensuring successful onboarding on the offerings of Radio Retail. You will also ensure the successful scheduling of advertisements, pulling & preparing of weekly advert reports, ensuring that all studio admin is up to date and assist with Music roll-outs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (summary):
- Coordinate and schedule adverts, voice recordings, and supplier campaigns.
- Manage studio bookings, voice artist invoicing, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Oversee music sourcing, approvals, and store roll-outs.
- ·Maintain client relationships, educate on services, and spot growth opportunities.
- Track campaigns and maintain accurate admin via internal systems.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Matric + Admin or Media-related qualification.
- 2+ Years’ admin and customer relations experience (audio/media industry would be advantageous).
- 2+ Years’ financial quoting and invoicing experience advantageous.
- Strong project coordination/tracking, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Suite, and Canva.
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans).
