Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Operations
Manage and optimize TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, and promotional strategies.
Ensure shop page setup and continuous improvement, resolve violations, handle customer support, manage reviews, and oversee mission completion.
Affiliate Marketing Management
- Develop and lead an affiliate program by sourcing, recruiting, and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and creators.Create and test outreach messages, select hero products, activate partners, distribute free samples, share brand information, and follow up.
- Manage affiliates, create personal promo codes, request ad codes, and build a consistent affiliate community.
Campaign & Ads Management
- Plan and execute high-performing TikTok campaigns aligned with platform trends and target audience behavior.
Develop campaign strategy, structure creation, and launch.
- Monitor campaigns daily, optimize performance, report results, and produce creative assets.
Content Creation
- Produce 15 organic TikTok videos per month using brand-provided, stock, and AI-generated content.
- Edit videos, develop trend-based concepts, write captions, and post if required.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals.
- Provide bi-weekly performance reports, attend regular account management meetings, and maintain daily communication via Lark.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce platforms.
- Proven track record managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of TikToks algorithm, trends, and user behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
