Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and
creative Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The
successful candidate will be responsible for managing and elevating our social
media presence, developing innovative marketing strategies, and ensuring
consistent brand visibility. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives
in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities, including
social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and company events.
Key
Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance
brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, schedule, and post daily content across all relevant
platforms.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
keep content fresh and relevant.
- Track, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics,
adjusting strategies where necessary.
Content Creation & Blogging
- Write and publish blogs covering events, company news, and
industry-related topics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate fresh content ideas.
- Ensure all content is aligned with the company’s tone, voice, and
brand guidelines.
Marketing & Events
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing company events and
marketing campaigns.
- Work with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful
event delivery.
- Support the development of marketing materials, both online and
offline.
- Manage promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Strategy & Innovation
- Continuously propose and implement new strategies to grow social
media presence and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging platforms, tools, and digital trends to
keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.
Requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing (5+
years preferred).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and blogging skills.
- Ability to develop creative campaigns and innovative strategies.
- Experience in event planning and marketing coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and
adjust strategies accordingly.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment.
- Graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are
an advantage.
