MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Matric certificate/ equivalent

Procurement qualification

Valid driver’s license

Basic computer literacy

Forklift operator’s license is advantageous

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

Accurate numeracy skills

Demonstrate knowledge of receiving, storage and dispatching of goods within a designated storage facility

Ability of stocking shelves, picking items for orders, maintaining inventory records, and managing deliveries

Knowledge of handling and storage of Hazardous materials

Excellent communication skills

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, equipment, or safety

Adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment

Good housekeeping

Ensuring accuracy in inventory counts, order fulfillment, and documentation

Ensuring orders are packed correctly, labelled accurately, and loaded into delivery

Maintain inventory levels, organize storage areas, and conduct regular stock takes
