About the Role
We’re on the hunt for an ERP-savvy admin superstar who can keep tabs on every treat that enters and exits our production world. From raw materials to mouthwatering finished goods, you’ll be the digital thread weaving it all together—accurately, efficiently, and with a flair for detail.
What You’ll Be Stirring Up:
- Whipping up ERP entries to reflect stock movement and material transfers like a data chef.
- Creating inventory adjustment journals (with management’s blessing, of course).
- Raising production orders on the system—because magic doesn’t happen without a plan.
- Printing product labels that even our treats would be proud to wear.
- Training the team on scanner use like a tech whisperer.
- Keeping ERP data squeaky clean with correct quantities and precise locations.
- Planning production with worksheets that make even Monday mornings feel organised.
- Activating and confirming work orders like a pro.
- Moving orders through production stages with the grace of a factory floor conductor.
- Reconciling actual vs. planned data with your keen detective eye.
- Tracking down discrepancies and solving ERP mysteries faster than you can say “stock variance.”
- Helping coordinate stocktakes, capture key details, and ensure accurate reporting.
The Ingredients We’re Looking For:
- Matric / NQF4 – because a strong foundation matters.
- Valid Driver’s License – to get from Point A to ERP (and possibly Point B to Biscuit).
- 2+ years administrative experience – you've been around a spreadsheet or two.
- 1+ year ERP experience – you speak fluent system-ese.
- A working knowledge of production processes and stock counting.
- You’re brilliant with people – team, floor, managers—you connect, communicate and collaborate like a pro.
- You thrive under pressure – tight deadlines, fast-paced environments, and last-minute changes don’t shake you—they sharpen you.
Extra Sprinkles – Bonus Skills:
- Experience working on an EMS (Enterprise Management System) is a major plus. If you’ve navigated EMS modules for production, inventory, or planning—you’re already ahead of the pack!
- Comfortable with system integration tasks and resolving EMS/ERP data mismatches.
- Able to spot and resolve exceptions or gaps between EMS and physical inventory.
If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for systems, and a soft spot for structure, apply now—we’d love to have you on the record.
