Job Title: Admissions and Finance Assistant
Location: Pinnacle College Raslouw
Support To: Head of Marketing and Admissions & Bursar
Role Summary:
We are looking for an organised and proactive Admissions and Finance Assistant to support both our Marketing and Finance departments. This role includes handling perspective parent enquiries, processing student applications, assisting with open days, managing school fee queries, following up on debtors, and supporting financial processes and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Admissions & Marketing:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- Respond to enquiries (walk-ins, phone, email)
- Load and assist with managing leads and applications
- Assist with Scheduling tours and academic assessments.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Admissions to support all perspective student and marketing functions (Assessment days, Open Days, etc).
Finance:
- Handle school fee queries and issue statements
- Support debtors management and follow-ups
- Track payments, AODs, discounts, and refunds
- Manage financial documentation for withdrawals and transfers
- Assist with Karri App and procurement tracking
Requirements:
- Strong admin and communication skills
- Confident with MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage sensitive information
- Experience in education or finance is an advantage
