The Primary Purpose of the Job is to:
- Maintain and monitor productivity on Primary the dialler.
- Maintain System performance of Primary dialler.
- Create and modify users on the dialler.
- Load additional files upon request.
- Add non-party contact complaints into the DNC list.
- Maintain Secondary Dialler System (Campaigns and Automated Messages)
- Optimize currently system performance, Recommend and optimize change to improve processes
- Contact and Data Strategy, Recommendations
Desired Experience & Qualification
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Any tertiary qualification which involves Computer skills and Communication is also preferable
A minimum of 5 years Call Centre Experience (Collections)
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dialler administrator role within the debt collection environment.
Knowledge and understanding of collection systems and workflo processes:
Telephony
- Reporting
- Call Logging
- Analytical Skills

Any administrative experience
Oral and Written communication skills
