We are a fast-growing real estate investing company based in the U.S., specializing in residential property investing. As we scale, we're looking for a dynamic, full-time Recruiter to help build and manage a high-performing, values-driven team.
Position Overview
As our Recruiting Manager, you will lead all aspects of talent acquisition and human resources strategy. You’ll be responsible for recruiting top talent, shaping a strong culture, optimizing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and employment laws. This is a critical role in supporting our company’s growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Manager
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (mainly acquisitions sales specialists)
- Perform active recruitment on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Develop job descriptions, post on job boards, and source passive candidates
- Conduct interviews, manage assessments, and oversee the offer process.
Human Resources Assistant
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Keep track of paid time off (PTO) for employees
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting for U.S.-based SALES positions
- Fluent in English - written and oral
- Proven experience of hiring top talent
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment
- Real estate industry experience a plus, but not required
