Purpose of the Role
To lead, develop, and execute TreasuryONE’s people strategy during a period of rapid business expansion. The Head of People & Culture will be responsible for building a high-performance, values-driven workforce, optimising talent, and ensuring TreasuryONE is recognised as an employer of choice in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the HR function, driving cultural transformation and operational excellence.
- Talent Development & Performance:
- Design and implement robust talent development programs, mentoring frameworks, and career pathways.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring clear goal-setting, continuous feedback, and effective recognition.
- Workforce Optimisation:
- Analyse workforce needs and implement strategies to align talent with evolving business priorities.
- Drive effective succession planning and workforce planning initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-retention culture.
- Ensure competitive remuneration, benefits, and career mobility opportunities.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee HR policies, processes, and compliance with labour legislation.
- Implement HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (Honours or Master’s advantageous).
- 8+ years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in high-performance Fintech services environments.
- Demonstrable experience in talent management, performance development, and change management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
