Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Internal Sales Representative at Electrotek in Mossel Bay. The successful candidate will play a key part in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Generating leads
- Meeting sales targets
- Assisting customers with in-store sales
- Building relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Sales experience within the electrical wholesale industry
- Knowledge of electrical equipment and industry trends
- Excellent customer service and professional communication skills
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
