About the Role
We’re looking for a Claims and Assistance Support Administrator to join our high-performing team. You'll play a key role in supporting our travel claims and assistance operations by managing case data, reviewing reserves, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Process and review invoices, statements, and assistance case data.
Ensure accurate input and reporting in our claims systems.
Communicate with policyholders and internal teams via email and phone.
Register new assistance and claims cases quickly and accurately.
Conduct monthly reserve reviews and collaborate with finance and medical teams to resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain SLAs and deliver a high standard of service across all touchpoints.
Act as a knowledge point for invoice and reserve-related queries.
What We're Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
High attention to detail and numeracy.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working under pressure.
A true team player who is also confident working independently.
Familiarity with claims systems (e.g. Magenta) is a plus.
A professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
