We’re looking for a friendly, confident and highly organised Receptionist & Office Administrator to join our team.
This client-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients – whether over the phone, via email or in person – so strong communication skills and a professional manner are a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reception duties include:
Welcome clients; answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; and receive courier deliveries.
Data capturing duties include:
Record sample details; ensure proper labelling and necessary documentation is received; and follow up with clients where needed.
Administrative duties include:
Keep our office and systems up to date and well organised – from filing to database updates; order and manage office supplies; liaise with service providers (printer, it, internet, phone) for faults, maintenance, and hardware needs.
REQUIREMENTS
An Office Administration qualification or previous admin or receptionist experience is an advantage, but we’re open to fast learners with the right attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer systems
- Professional, friendly, and confident in both verbal and written communication
- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient in managing tasks
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
