Key Responsibilities:
✅ Brand Management – Monitor market share, analyze trends & performance.
✅ Competitor Analysis – Stay ahead of the competition with sharp insights.
✅ Brand Strategy & Planning – Develop and execute winning brand strategies.
✅ New Product Launches – Lead product innovations & improvements.
✅ Operations & Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and R&D teams.
✅ Corrective Actions – Proactively address performance gaps.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Min. 5-10 years in a Brand Manager role within FMCG.
