Job Description:
We are hiring a System Administrator & Infrastructure Specialist with proven experience in managing complex IT environments. You will be responsible for the network, server infrastructure, security configuration, and device management that powers our digital operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including switching, routing, and VLANs
- Configure and monitor firewalls and security systems (Fortinet, Cisco ASA)
- Administer Windows and Linux servers (installation, patching, performance tuning)
- Manage Active Directory (AD), Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and other core services
- Oversee endpoint security and mobile device management (MDM)
- Ensure infrastructure compliance, security, and high availability
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and escalate unresolved issues
- Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and third-party vendors
