Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially. Support recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews and preparing documentation.
- Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and internal HR policies. Assist with employee relations by addressing queries.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of payroll activities, ensuring accurate data entry.
- Support training activities and maintain training records.
Qualifications:
- Matric and/or relevant diploma.
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation.
- Proficiency in MS Office. (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
